An Elders’ Manager Indirect Procurement is responsible for the development and implementation of indirect procurement strategies, policies, processes, governance framework and annual indirect procurement plan. The primary objective of this role is to lead the business in indirect procurement operations, commercial negotiations and initiatives resulting in cost benefits and efficiencies, using data driven decision making.

About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager, that has a track record in not only delivering good commercial outcomes, but identifying and leading strategic initiatives that drive enhanced business decision making. Leading a small team, the role will set targets and measure benefits, and improve category management. The role will also be a significant contributor to the design and implementation of Elders’ new indirect procurement platform and data strategy.
