A permanent marketing product specialist role within an iconic ASX-listed Australian agribusiness developing, deploying and maintaining marketing plans for our Rural Real Estate division. The role is perfect for someone with a mix of both agribusiness and Real Estate experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

As part of our large high performing Marketing team and reporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the rural real estate network and water broking teams providing direction to the development, execution and maintenance of all marketing campaigns and activities. 

This newly created role will elevate the Elders rural real estate presence, agent and transaction marketing business across the country through increased digital advertising and SEO, PR, signage, EDM and press advertising. 

WHAT WILL I DO? 

As a key member of the marketing team, you will enjoy a varied day including: 

  • Work collaboratively with the Elders marketing and communication team to develop rural Real Estate marketing plans in alignment with wider Elders marketing and branding activities.  
  • Promote and actively utilise research and data driven solutions to underpin marketing and communications planning for the rural real estate business 
  • Gather competitive information from primary sources; including media coverage about key competitors and industry players to inform plans  
  • Work with national stakeholders to bring a consistent approach to brand, agent and listings 

WHO AM I? 

To succeed at Elders, you: 

  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in a strategic marketing position 
  • Have experience in, exposure to or knowledge of agriculture and/or rural Australia and Real Estate 
  • Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment 
  • Have demonstrated experience designing, planning and managing projects, strategy and calendars with complex stakeholder relationships 
  • Ability to develop content for website, PR, social media on real estate agents and large listings 
  • Are able to manage competing deadlines, stakeholders and audiences. 
  • Show initiative and drive to provide high levels of service and proactive thinking 
  • Use your strong consulting and networking skills across all levels of the organisation
