About the role

We are looking for a Rural Real Estate Sales Representative to join the growing team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Our Real Estate Sasles Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. Experience in the industry is prefeed but not essential, with the backing of the Elders network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.


  • List, market and sell properties with rural focus
  • Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs
  • Participate in Branch business development programs
  • Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising
  • Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
  • Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
  • Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events

About you

  • Hold an SA Real Estate Agent license (preferable however the successful applicant can complete a Certificate IV in Real Estate and become licensed as a condition of employment) and a current driver’s license
  • Have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • A team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, and highly organized, with good time management skills
  • Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
