About the role:
Elders Real Estate is looking for a bright individual with an engaging, positive personality with a flair for sales and customer relationship management. You will contribute to the effective operation of the team by driving listing and selling opportunities to expand the real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. You will also understand the importance of providing efficient and effective administrative support and coordination of business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the end-to-end process of listing, marketing, and the selling properties
- Achieving targets for sales, listings, appraisals, and vendor-paid advertising
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to understand their current & future needs
- Liaising with clients to develop marketing strategies tailored to their need
- Marketing of vendor’s property to attract buyers through advertising, open inspections, auctions
- Operating in alignment with the national Elders strategy to provide a consistent service as well as constructively working with the internal Casterton team, as well as wider business partners, to ensure a supportive and collaborative culture
- Proactively seeking and generating new sales opportunities
- Negotiating Sale price and conditions between vendor and buyer as well as ensuring all contract sales and conditions comply with relevant legislation
- Assisting and supporting our customers to ensure a smooth and easy transaction
- Assisting in resolving issues and concerns that impact the service that we provide to our customers
About you:
- Have demonstrated local real estate industry experience
- Proven experience in appraising properties – identifying both the positive aspects as well as the potential of both rural and residential properties
- A Real Estate license
- Flexible working arrangements that promote a positive and healthy work-life balance
- Enjoy being able to multi-task and being organised in your approach to work, with your customers and teams as a top focus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Attention to detail in planning and organisation of tasks
