ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be in an operational, hands-on role, supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle including:

  • recruitment and selection;
  • attraction and on boarding;
  • facilitation and coordination of training and development programs;
  • performance and development;
  • employee engagement and enablement

This type of role isn’t for everyone, you will need to be able to roll up the sleeves of your iconic Elders’ pink shirt and provide hands-on support to our geographically dispersed Branch network.

WHO AM I

You will have previous experience in a generalist HR role with demonstrated capability in supporting people activity, with the ability to engage and influence while resolving issues in a professional manner.  In addition you will bring:

  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications;
  • Ability to build strong relationships and establish trust;
  • Collaborative approach to influence and drive outcomes;
  • High degree of flexibility in thinking and approach to HR

If you’re someone able to work in a team environment, has flexibility to travel as well as being a motivated self-starter, then you’ll make a good fit for our team.

Location is negotiable, regional Victoria applications will be considered.
