The Role

This newly created role based in Adelaide is responsible for the development and delivery of best practice digital marketing across the organisation. Working alongside the Digital & Social Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the day to day monitoring, and contributing to managing, developing and implementing strategic digital, email, social media and content marketing plans across Elders lines of business to increase ROI and drive business objectives.

The Person

  • Degree in marketing, management, commerce or other relevant digital marketing field;
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar digital marketing role;
  • Strong knowledge of how online and digital channels can be applied to achieve marketing objectives and drive revenue growth;
  • Excellent online and digital knowledge;
  • Hands on experience managing PPC campaigns (primarily Google Ads);
  • Experience in managing paid social media marketing campaigns (Instagram, Facebook Business and Ads Manager);
  • Experience developing content for organic social media;
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and implementation;
  • Solid CMS experience; creating landing pages and website maintenance (Wordpress preferable);
  • Understanding of display advertising and working with publishers to develop successful campaigns;
  • Understanding or experience in copywriting for web and advertising;
  • Experience in email marketing;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders;
  • Committed to continuous training in digital marketing;
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise.
