Due to ongoing growth of Elders in the Western Zone we have a newly created leadership position available to manage the highly regarded team of the Geraldton Branch.  To be successful in this role you will enjoy leading a cohesive, well rounded and high achieving team and be an integral part of the broader WA Rural Community.

Your new role:

You will be managing all aspects of branch operations and leading your team to achieve growth and exceed targets, including:

  • assisting clients with avenues to market using our existing network and developing new and innovative pathways.
  • managing performance and development of employees;
  • driving a safety culture
  • developing sales opportunities
  • driving the marketing and promotion of Branch products
  • assisting in the generation of referrals and cross-selling opportunities

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will work with people across all aspects of the business and play an active role in representing Elders in campaigns, field days, ram sales, community events and forums.

About You:

  • Experienced leader that can lead and motivate a team toward the achievement of annual sales and earnings targets
  • In-depth knowledge of agricultural services and products
  • Pragmatic and accountable
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills to develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Although a tertiary qualification is not essential, sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen is required.

As an experienced leader, it goes without saying that you will be an expert communicator and negotiator.
