The Role

You will provide a high level of administrative support to the Titan Ag team including:

  • responding to customers queries;
  • processing and maintaining of records in accordance with procedures and policy;
  • reconciliations and tracking of deliveries;
  • assisting with purchase orders and editing of purchasing agreements.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will work as part of a team in contributing towards the successful achievement of Titan Ag performance.

The Person 

  • Excellent communication, customer service and administration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as being motivated and capable of working autonomously;
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) with exceptional attention to detail;
  • Well organised with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise;
  • This role can either be full time or suit someone 3 days a week 9am – 5pm we are flexible.
