As the Regional Manager Credit, your primary function will be to manage debtor exposures and maximise the collection of overdue customer accounts for Elders. This includes the management of a small team of credit management officers.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • At least 5 years business management experience at a senior level
  • Experience leading a team in a flexible working environment
  • Sound knowledge of credit management policies and processes
  • Advanced client relationship management skills
  • Advanced computer skills (strong excel and data analysis skills)
  • Enthusiasm, initiative and the ability to manage a complex workload
  • Understanding of agribusiness and Elders’ operations is desirable.
  • Ordinary unencumbered drivers licence.
