We have an opportunity for a Senior HR Business Partner, with a strong organisational development background, to join our team based in Adelaide to partner with the Executive and their leadership teams in our product and functional business units.
As a Senior HR Business Partner you will be in an operational, hands-on role, leading and supporting all aspects of the HR function in your portfolio, including employment relations; performance and reward; leadership coaching and development; employee engagement and enablement; recruitment and talent management.
In addition, this position will have the opportunity to be involved in HR related projects, particularly with an organisational development focus, in some cases taking the lead project management role.
Reporting to the General Manager People & Culture this role works with people from across our product and functional teams, with a strong focus on being the interface between the development and implementation of HR initiatives and the business unit leadership teams.
This type of role isn’t for everyone; in a small, outcomes-focussed team you’ll need to be able to think conceptually and act quickly to contribute to the achievement of the HR team’s deliverables, with a consultative and collaborative approach.
We are looking for an experienced professional with generalist experience in all aspects of human resources and organisation development areas, who has demonstrated they can drive and support the HR activity in their business unit, providing decisive, pragmatic and commercially focussed HR consultancy.
For the organisational development focus of this position, you will need to have a strong knowledge of capability framework, understanding of training needs and learning development and demonstrated facilitation skills.
You will act as a trusted advisor for leaders and employees, while coaching leaders to build their individual capability and encouraging individual ownership and accountability. In a complex and diverse organisation which is in an exciting phase, this role draws on your collaborative style with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across all levels of the business.

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development or Organisational Psychology are highly desirable.
