The role of the Farm Supplies Sales Manager is to provide our local customers and growers with technical advice regarding the Elders range of products and services both on-road and in-store. A typical day will see you apply your technical farm supplies knowledge to support their business whilst proactively managing merchandise KPI’s, budgets and inventory control.
To hit the ground running you will have a background in sales and merchandise ideally in a farm supplies business, or have extensive knowledge of agricultural products and their application. Critical to your success will be your passion to grow the business, provide outstanding customer service, get involved, give it ago, network and go the extra mile for your clients. You will receive support and guidance from the Branch Manager and under your leadership have the backing of a capable team to help you achieve your objectives
