ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Business Development Managers generate portfolio growth through building new and existing client relationships. An understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation, sales acumen coupled and a good knowledge of local area will assist you in building our Property Management portfolio. With the backing of the Elders network and one of South West’s oldest and largest real estate businesses, you will be supported to learn, grow and develop a career

WHAT WILL I DO?

As a Business Development Manager, you will gain new property management business by

  • Building and maintaining client relationships to understand their current & future needs
  • Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for new and existing clients’ investments
  • Working with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities
  • Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events

WHO AM I?

To succeed at Elders, you:

  • Have sales industry experience and possess an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
  • Hold a current driver’s license and have or be willing to attain a Real Estate Sales Representative’s license
  • Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
  • Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
