The Role

Provide business development services to achieve business growth for the property management team in Bunbury:

  • Source, prospect and identify new business opportunities;
  • Develop internal and external relationships that support growth and business retention;
  • Support the broader team in growing the Property Management business
  • Preparation of necessary documents for new landlords and tenants.

Reporting to the Manager, Property Management, this role will liaise with people from across the business and will play an active role in representing Elders including campaigns, field days, community events and forums.

The Person

  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager or licensed sales represeantative will be highly regarded;
  • Industry experience within the local area of Bunbury;
  • Understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation;
  • Current driver’s license and a certificate of registration;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, driven and highly organised with good time management skills
