Based in our Midland Branch and supporting four high performing and driven real estate sales specialists, this role is the ‘go to' person to back the Real Estate Representatives through the entire end to end sale process. We are looking for an individual who has, a collaborative helpful approach, is savvy with social media and enjoys contributing to a successful results focused team. Your skillful ability to juggle multiple deadlines, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills will enable you to thrive in this role.
We are looking for someone experienced in providing proficient administration support within the Real Estate industry. You will bring a solid knowledge of the Real Estate industry, and its compliance requirements but additionally be able to use your creative skills for marketing and social media. Advanced Microsoft office and experience with CRM databases such as My Desktop or Rest is desirable for this position.
